Seals is a swimming Club for the disabled. We meet every Monday at Tudor Grange Leisure Centre at 8.00pm. We swim from 8.15 to 8.45 and then meet for tea and biscuits after swimming.
We also have social events . Meals out and a day trip. Trip to the theatre.
