GoodGym aims to help you as a volunteer get fit , whilst doing something positive in the community. They are groups of runners that combine regular exercise with helping out in areas of the community that need it. Some of the activities include :

  • Planting trees in a local park
  • Sorting cans for a food bank
  • Shifting earth for a gardening project
  • Run to change a lightbulb for an elderly person
  • Run to move furniture for someone who can’t
  • Run to spend some time with a person who is isolated and lonely
