Where? Solihull Arts Complex
When?
- Wednesday 12:00 – 13:00. The Loft, Chelmsley Wood. (£3.50 per session)
- Wednesday 14:00 – 15:00. Solihull Arts Complex, Central Library. (£4.50 per session)
Criteria? The sessions are open to over 45’s, and open to both male and female participants.
The sessions all work on a first-come first-serve basis, and you are welcome to just turn up on the day.
Before starting the first session you will have to fill in a Registration Form, this is just a few simple questions about your general health. You can download and print off the form and take it with you on your first session or fill one out on the day.
The Dance sessions are suitable for everyone but if you are unsure, please come along to our next session and find out for yourself or contact Nick Garnett (Leisure and Wellbeing Manager) if you have any questions.
